Another Phase of Busyness !

Yep, thats right. Another phase of busyness in university life. Internship application has just started like few weeks ago ? What is more surprising is that we were given only few weeks before we need to submit our preferences of companies that we would like to work with. That means I have only a few days to do so, and the listed companies given by the university is totally crap. What I can say is at the end of the day, we need to do everything by ourselves. Gonna start calling the companies again tomorrow morning =O.

Alone in KL City

So yeah I went out today to KL alone since my friend didn't really want to go out after all the exams. Now I'm actually a temporary free man, or in other words, I am currently having my semester break right now. Didn't feel any differences comparing to any other day, maybe because of the hectic semester and I became numb.

Lets talk about today. I went to the city today because I need to help Aaron to get his graphic card from Lowyatt and of course, I thought I could get something for my Mom for Mother's Day and my elder brother which his birthday will be coming soon. But somehow in the end I didn't find anything suitable for them and ended up buying something else nearby my place. The interesting part of this trip is that when I came out from Times Square I met up a few promoters and here's the conversation below:

Promoter 1 : Hey, handsome guy, take this. It's a coupon from Mid-Valley blah blah.

Me : Uh, no thanks.

Promoter 2 : Hey, please take this. It's just a coupon for you to do shopping in Mid-Valley. Please help me and take one.

Me : (So, I took it and I thought that's all. Manatau banyak cerita pula.)

Promoter 1 : Hey, why you take from him and not from me ? Do I look scary ?

Me : (As if I give a damn. And then I start walking. After awhile, the promoter stop me again.)

Promoter 2 : Oh, you have to open the coupon and check inside what is it. We need to know what you get and please sign here (showing a book).

Me : (So I scrapped off the coupon and found this grey spot shit.)

Promoter 2 : OMG. Have you taken this coupon before ? Have you ?

Promoter 1 : OMG. Yeah. Have you taken this coupon before ?

(And they keep repeating like 3 times.)

Me : Uh no ? (I was like wth are these guys talking about.)

Promoter 2 : You have won. You got this grey spot same as the one in mine.

Me : Huh ?

Promoter 2 : You sure you have not taken this coupon before ? (Again with this shitty question.)

Me : No. What is all this about ?

Promoter 2 : Oh, your coupon has just won 1 of the 12 prizes in this list. (Showing me the list)

Me : O......kay.......

Promoter 2 : All you have to do is follow back to our office and we will see what you get. And then after that take a photo with us. Thats all !

Me : O......kay.......So where's your office ?

Promoter 1 : Kuchai Lama.

Me : (I was like wth. It's not even here and I don't even know where is that

Me : Sorry man, too far. I have to rush time. See ya. (Walk away.)

Such an LOL story. Why can't I know what I get on the spot and have to wait till I go to their office ? Weird shit. Waste like 5 minutes of my life talking to these guys. This is the second time I got this kind of incident happening lol.

Anyway, I will be going back to hometown next Monday after the church camp which is this Wednesday until Saturday. Anyone back in KK next week ? Maybe we should meet up =)

One Month Gone !

Yeah. Sorry for the missing period again. Too many projects, assignments and labs to be completed before last week. I just wanna give a simple update. Currently having my study week, the first paper will on next week. Most probably I will go missing again for another 2 weeks haha.

Updated a quick layout. Since Valentine's Day is long gone(such a bad theme for layout since it don't last long), I changed to a simple layout. Didn't have much time to design one, might as well rip off one of the photo and put it in.

That's all for the update now. Need to get dinner. Chiao.

Heh. Better blog before my it goes dead again. Actually I wanted to blog the other day. I was typing the first few sentences and then I felt lazy, and I stopped LOL. This laziness is overwhelming sometimes when you have too much free time to spend. Nevermind about that, lets update the current situation I'm in right.

I will be having my last mid-term test this coming Wednesday. Although it's an open book test, I doubt that it's going to be easy. The subject is mostly based on reading(more on regulations, rules and standards) and the lecturer said all the required info can be found in the notes. Right Mr. Chong ? He might be probably reading this post since he knows my blog address lol. Anyway, I plan to do some revision later.

The last mid-term is just the beginning of the story. Assignments are starting to pile up and one of it need to be passed up this coming Friday. It's a study on the Air Handling Unit(AHU), or in layman's term, the centralized air-conditioning system. You might think it's simple, but it's much more than a machine which blows cold air. Controlling the unit is one of the complex explanation in the assignment.

Another assignment is a study on a battery free torch light. We haven't really done anything on that yet and the due date is coming 2 more weeks. Although building the hardware is not compulsory, I would really want to make one myself. It's kinda fun to build your own circuit and stuffs.

Besides all these, there are two more major projects which require much more in-depth research. One of it is by Mr. Chong again. I'm not going into details of these two projects because they are a little bit long winded. I can sense that the day of getting busier is nearer and nearer.

Happy Valentine's Day ! I'm Back !

Yeah. I was missing for the past few months because of holidays and laziness. Now I'm back with a new layout to revive my blog once again. I was trying very hard to find new ideas for my new layout, and finally I got this. Simple layout, nothing really special, just some manipulation of photos. I really have to not much idea what to put for Valentine's, I was desperate to put up a layout since Valentine's day will be in just a few more days, so "flower" would be a normal yet a good theme for it.

As you can see, the theme for this layout is Valentine's in Song of Songs. Song of Songs is actually one of the chapter inside the bible. Why chose this chapter ? This is because this is a chapter where it talks about love and friendships ! Cool huh ? Perhaps you want to check it out =).

Some information updates about myself. I'm now currently in year 3 of my course. Two more years to go for completion. Industrial training will be this end of the year and subjects are getting tougher each semester. Having 5 subjects for this semester. Trying to exempt one of them which is Moral Education. Can't know the results of the exemption until week 6. Will be in deep sh*t if not exempted. Lolz.

Sorry have to type in short sentences. Time is running out. Going to take my bath and do some paper work before going to sleep. Lolz, chiaoz.

I'm Gone, I'm Not.

Now you see me, soon you don't. Wahaha. I'm back ! Actually I'm always back, just that I do not know what to blog about. Or maybe I'm just too lazy to blog lol. Some of you might already know that I'm back to hometown. Currently enjoying my holidays which is not exactly so true. I have not been doing anything for a month, in other words not being productive. I hope to find a part time job, but not sure if it's too late for it since I only got 2 months of holidays left. Everyday I have been going through the same routine. Eat, play, sleep, tv and nothing more except for few church activities at night.

I guess I'm not going to be busy for this year's Christmas in church, since they decided not to held any huge events this year. That is why I am as free as a bird. I always try to get something to do at home but ended up giving up. I think laziness is infesting my body lol. Any suggestion what I should do ?

FEM : The Math's Destroyer

What's FEM ? No, it's not Human Papilloma Virus(that's what you get when u searched google). FEM is a short form for Finite Element Analysis, which it doesn't look finite to me. This is a topic where we expected that it will not come in the finals but however, the lecturer mentioned in the last lecture that there will be one question on this topic. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. It's a very short topic, but the applications is way difficult than it seems to be. Wish me luck.
